Since 2008, Clay Investments has been involved in real estate transactions totaling more than $1 Billion in value – as active investors and as consultants for partners and clients. We have a wealth of experience in the affordable housing sector, which includes manufactured housing and recreational vehicle communities. Additionally, we pursue real estate development and other business opportunities in Charlotte’s fast-growing Lake Norman area. As of 2021, we have 29 active investments across seven states.
