Clay Investments acquired an interest in Splendor Pond, an agrotourism venue in Mooresville, NC. The development is 35-acres of beautiful countryside that is home to a flower farm, nearly seven-acre pond, and a 5,000 square foot event space. Splendor Pond is a popular destination for a wide range of events including weddings, parties and corporate gatherings.

Clay Investments acquired an interest in Hide-A-Way Village Mobile Home Community located just south of I-40 in Mebane, NC. Mebane is part of the fast-growing Burlington area that is well positioned between the Raleigh and Greensboro MSAs.
Orion Oaks II MHC Development | Gastonia, NC
Clay Investments is part of the ownership group developing a new 50-site manufactured housing community in Gastonia, NC – part of the Charlotte MSA. The project is expandable to 75 sites and is in the lease-up phase.

Clay Investments acquired an interest in Hutson Mobile Home Community located just north of I-40 in Whitsett, NC. The community is just a few minutes west of Elon University in a fast-growing area along Burlington Road.
